Joe is a first-generation Steamfitter who resides in Ridley Park, Delaware County, where he was born and raised. He graduated from Ridley High School in 1992 and then from Williamson Trade School in 1995.

 

Joe graduated from the BTJ apprenticeship program in 2006 and has worked as a Welder, Fitter, Steward, and Foreman. He has primarily been a Welder on many departments of transportation, industrial, and commercial projects.

 

Appointed as a delegate to the Delaware County AFL-CIO in 2013, Joe served on it until 2021. He was elected to the Examining Board in June 2019. In January 2022, he was appointed to the Finance Committee and was later elected to this position where he continues to serve.
