Frank is a proud eight-year member of Steamfitters Local Union 420, with a long and distinguished family history in the Local. He has several uncles and cousins who are also members. He graduated from the BTJ apprenticeship in 2019 and has worked in the commercial, industrial and nuclear fields.

 

Frank took advantage of the journeyman training offered at the Local Union’s world-class school, where he received his Medical Gas Installer card. He was also appointed as a delegate to the Delaware County AFL-CIO in 2021.

 

Frank is a lifelong resident of Delaware County, where he resides with his wife and children. He is active in his community, coaching various CYO sports teams for his parish. Frank appreciates the members’ support and looks forward to the opportunity to serve on the Examining Board.
