Arthur is a 25-year member in good standing with Steamfitters Local Union 420. He is a 2005 graduate of the union’s award-winning apprenticeship program. He is blessed to be a loving husband to his wife, Theresa, for 24 years and a proud father to Audrey, 21, and Brendan, 18.

 

He currently serves as a member of the Examining Board and appreciates the faith members have in him. While serving on the board, he was honored to be part of the reviewing and rewriting of the Building Trades Journeyman Upgrade Exam since it was last done 20 years ago. In the upcoming election, he asks you to put your faith in him once more. He would consider it an honor to serve on the Executive Board for the next term.

 

In his years as a 420 Steamfitter, he has been lucky enough to have met and worked beside some of the most influential and talented Brothers and Sisters. They have taught him what it means to be a good Steamfitter and Union man, to look out for his fellow members, and to bring a solid work ethic to the job. He believes he has carried these traits to the best of his ability as a Fitter, Welder, Officer, Steward, Brother and Friend. He will continue to do so in the future.

 

Steamfitters Local Union 420 is the greatest trade union there is. But there are still many ways that we, as a membership, can improve ourselves and our Local Union. He believes that if he can earn your vote for the Executive Board, he will be a driving force of fidelity, education, benevolence and protection to ensure that Local 420 thrives now and into the future.
